New Studies

On this page we will post links to new Holocaust studies by our forum members, or newspaper articles describing their Holocaust-related research. We will also post information about news Holocaust studies in general that are being published.


Spiegel Forum fellow Dr. Ruth Samuel Tenenholtz has researched the Nijverdal Archive in east Holland between 1926-1946 for material about the fate of the Jews of that town. In December 2022 she uploaded a document that she has written about her research to her website. On June 1, 2022 the new core exhibition "The Holocaust: What Hate Can Do" opened at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York. Prof. Judy Baumel-Schwartz was a historian-curator for the exhibition.
